how long for esa payment after sending sick note

hi,
can anyone tell me how long esa take to process a payment after sick note has been sent in and will it be backdated at the same time?

Can take upto 10 days for something to get through - but it will be backdated to date of med3.0

I rang them on friday and they had both sick notes on the system and had issued my normal payment but not my backdated one but did say they have accepted it and agreed it will be backdated.
can anyone advise how long this takes?0 -
Depends on the system. Why not call them on Tuesday and find out from them, seen as they put the requests for payment through.0
