I got this message from ebay & I listed about 10 items without problem for free. Starting price varying from 99p-£49
Tried to list a t shirt for £1.99, but it's charging me 10p to do so. Why is that?0 -

Are you a newish or low volume seller by any chance? That might mean you have a limit of less than the 100 free ones.
Alternatively you might have ticked for a second category- that would also show a charge.
