Lloyds Tsb ..general Form Of Judgement

I recently received a letter stating that my case was being transferred to my local court. i received today a general form of judgemnt of order from manchester which reads as follows:-
Before district judge Khan sitting at manchester.
It is ordered that
1) The claimant will by 4pm on 31st july 07 send to the court and the defendants solicitors further information, in the form of a schedule, verifed by a statement of truth in accordance with CPR22.1
2) The schedule will set out, by reference to deates and amounts, how the amounts claimed has been calculated
3) If the claimant does not comply with para 1 by the time and date set out the claimants claim will at that time and date stand struck out automatically

am i right in thinking i just have to send a list of the charges date and calculations re interest to the court and the banks solicitors? also what does the CPR 22.1. MEAN? do i just have to send a letter stating that the charges i am claiming are in my opinion owed to me?
thanks in hope of your kind help.

Sounds like you have to send a list of charges in duplicate one for the court and one for the bank. Keep one yourself as well.
    Bump for CPR 22.1

CPR Part 22.1 is basically a statement of truth. It needs to be added to the end of the documents you are sending and should go something like this
    Statement of Truth
*I believe that the facts stated in this statement are true.
    Signed
    Dated
    Full name ___________________________________________________
    Name of firm ______________________________________
position or office held ______________________________ (if signing on behalf of a firm or company)
