does this seem legit? admin fees??

just had the following email. Anyone think its legit as it says I have to pay £10 amin fee per ticket???!!!

Seriously...You have WON !!! 6 passes weekend to Europe 's number 1 Winter Rock Festival - Hard Rock Hell

You entered the Team Rock competition and you have won the runners up prize for you and some mates to come along to the legendary Hard Rock Hell in North Wales which is now in cycle 8 and will be featuring 60 bands over the weekend including Blue Oyster Cult, WASP, Michael Schenker, Krokus, Y&T to name a few. The event is mid november13-16th and you and your mates have passes Friday and Saturday nights n days....nice one!! (www.hardrockhell.com)

What happens next ?..two things, firstly you need to register online with you and your friends details as this is a residential site. To register go online www.hardrockhell.com/tickets and choose the Friday and Saturday 2 day pass option. It will ask you for the details of everyone you are bringing along with you - if you don’t know these details yet - then enter your details in all fields and we can update later on once you know who is coming along with you. You will need to use promo-code in the promo-code section – this will discount the cost of the tickets, so all that is payable is the £10 booking fee per ticket. The code is valid until 5th May 2014 and tickets need to be claimed by this date.

& secondly if you really want to feel the full community spirit and actually stay on site we have 10 rooms showing for the runners up. This way you can walk to the arenas, crawl back maybe and avoid the taxis' to local hotels....if you want to grab one of the last rooms within a 10 mile radius, then either ring Fleur on or e-mail her quickly on either way its first come first served and for as little as 30 pounds per person per night, you can have your own unit on site within a stones throw from all the eateries, ammenities n arenas..it really is that simple. (I have attached the accommodation options for you - but remember, we have 20 sets of runners up and only 10 units of accommodation!

So what are you waiting for....register up and seal that accom while it lasts, well even deduct the 10 quid admin fee from the accom too to make the whole experience that much more special

These people have been discussed a few times before, for example these two threads (have definitely read more but can't find them at the moment) basically everyone "wins" but you have to pay either for accommodation or for admin fees or both.

Never EVER reply to a "winning" email that requires any sort of payment or payment details to be entered, they're scams pure and simple.

Got that too - it is legit as I also "won" last year (does anyone actually pay full price??) and it was pretty much the same deal. I ended up giving all 6 to someone from a band's fan group on Facebook who paid the 60 quid - they were all local so didn't need accommodation so was a cheap weekend out for them. Will probably do the same with it this time as they enjoyed themselves and I'm not sure I can make it anyway

EDITED TO ADD: Yep that's exactly what I've done - friend has paid the admin fee for the 5 spare tickets plus my own so mine is free
