What to do next?

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice as to what to do next. I ordered & paid for some embroidered polo shirts from TCS Embroidery in Nottingham, in January. They never arrived, I've been in touch with them & they've given me numerous excuses why I've not received them (postal excuses etc...). So I ordered them from somewhere else. TCS have promised me a full refund (in writing), but I still haven't received a penny. This has been going on for 3 months now & I've had enough. This is the first dispute I've had like this, so I was wondering what to do next, who to go to etc...

Thanks in advance

Scott

Can we assume you paid by card?

If so, read MSE's Chargeback article.

Failure to deliver is a valid reason for the card issuer to refund your money, as is promising a refund and not providing one.
  • Unfortunately not, I paid by direct bank transfer.

Oh dear, that wasn't a good idea.

Then probably your only option is The Small Claims Court.

Have a look at MSE's article on that.
  • I figured as much! Thanks for your help wealdroam.
