    No. Unlike Control, with the Islamic accounts you will still be charged Returned Item Fees.

    So how is this account any different to the Cash Account? Neither offer an overdraft, both charge for returned items and neither have a daily fee for unauthorised overdraft.

    With the Islamic accounts they are more likely to refuse payments rather than giving you an unplanned overdraft.

    Also with the Cash account being a basic account you can't get a cheque book and you are restricted to certain cash machines.

    Only until July - after that new and replacement debit cards will work in any machine.
