Used Car Warranty - Misled at point of sale, and unwilling to payout

"Doesn't take many burn outs to recreate those faults on an old car."
I know I'm new here but I came for advice. I'm an adult, I did not, have not, and would not do a burnout in it. Why you would hint that I might do that I have no idea.
I contacted the dealership today and they told me that they did set up the warranty for me.
I rang the warranty company and they told me that they don't cover the bushes, and that it doesn't matter because I don't have any cover with them.
I spoke to the garage again and they said they arranged it on the day.
My feeling is, I paid extra for the warranty, they pocketed that cash and had no intention of setting it up with the external company.
They deny that there is any fault with the car. "It passed an MOT on the day you bought it, it is in perfect condition, take it up with VOSA".
The dealership has admitted to me that they gave me the wrong terms and conditions booklet, if that makes a difference.0 -

Are you the only person who's ever driven the car...?0
