Hi sorry really random and not very important just wondering. Could someone explain what a congestion charge is, we don't have them where i am from (Denmark) and i don't want to get a fine if i mess it up.

Can I just say that is only in London, the rest of the UK doesn't have this. And the best place in the UK is Wales of course
