Good customer service PayPal and Parcelforce.

There are often many negatives posted here but just thought I'd post my experience, nothing to do with eBay.
Someone bought an item from me and paid via PayPal.
Yesterday I attempted to pay for next day collection and delivery of the item via PayPal/Parcelforce postal service. Price good, including adequate insurance for item.
For whatever reason, PC gremlins? I could not print out the postage label and ultimately decided to cancel the payment to ParcelForce.
Today, said parcel was collected for delivery, surprise to me! Explained to the driver re-cancellation and me not having delivery labels, he said he had labels which he duly applied and took the parcel leaving me with receipt details and said nicely, "contact the company"! Oops, £600 item possibly gone to into wherever/neverland?
PayPal on freephone number, fantastic, expedited refund of original payment, transferred me to ParcelForce meaning again freephone call and all was ultimately resolved, I have made payment to ParcelForce for the service and said parcel wends its way for delivery tomorrow. Just a little expenditure of my time with no further payment neccessary.
I was happy to say thank you to the people I spoke with for their help and assistance

Obviously good news stories rarely get made public. How about this one:
I was leaving my house with a very expensive international parcel for Italy which I was taking to the drop off shop for UBS. It was that massive rush in the week before that period of bad-cheer and non-goodwill we know as Christmas.
Low and behold! There was a UBS van at the end of the road.
And just on the off-chance, I said, can I get a pre-paid parcel into your network, and the guy said "yes, it's called an unscheduled collection", and I gave it to him.
And as I walked home, I thought, "what have I done?", and then watched it track across Europe from my PC to the recipient in time for xmas.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise.
