I have used this website for the past few years to pay my monthly payment, but today the website is returning an error message.

Anyone else use this site and having similar problems?

I contacted Santander who maintain the account via this website and they seem to think all is ok (apart from the first Customer Service advisor who wrongly forwarded me to Asda Finance as he had no idea Santander administered it ! )

When was the last time you could use your Paypal credit card successfully?

I had that card too but I got a letter from Santander a while ago telling me the card was being discontinued and that my account would be closed.
I can't remember the exact closure date but according to my Equifax credit report April 2012 was the last month I had any balance on it.
