Hope this is in the right section...
Our Flymo 330 hover compact packed in the other day. We inherited it when we bought our house from the previous owners and I'd guess it's about 4 years old. I've fiddled about with it no end but just can't get it to start (although I'm by no means an expert with these things).
So anyway, I'm planning to buy a new mower as the lawn really needs cutting.
I'm considering the Bosch 320 or 340 Rotak electric rotary mower (both on offer at B&Q!) but there's always the option of another Flymo (also on offer at B&Q).
Question is, which is best - I don't want something that packs up after a couple of years, I want something reliable - so Bosch or Flymo, or something else....?
Thanks....

Recently bought the Bosch on offer at B+Q, very happy with the performance to date. Solidly built, typical German engineering.
Even cut the grass in the garden which was very long - circa 5 inches tall. Without any problems:T0 -

Then you can safely rule out Flymo.
I'd recommend a Hayter. Quite expensive, but you'll only need to buy one.If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
Bosch rather than Flymo every time...0

Thanks to the replies.
I've never come across a Hayter - but B&Q had plenty of Bosch lawnmowers.
I bought a Rotak 34ER. Used it yesterday afternoon, just before it rained! Great machine, seems really solid and gives a great finish to the lawn.0
