what is classed as original request?

I claimed for charges on 2 Lloyds accounts - and recieved their standard reply yesterday and another today.....so i have typed up my second letter - although i was wandering.....orginal letter?? we sent them one along the same lines detailing all charges and requesting they repaid them as they were unfair - back in 2003! got the standard letter then! should i refer to this in my second letter???

also detailed list of charges - is dates and amounts suffiecient or do we need to list returned cheque, charge etc?

    Hi

    I would refer to the latest letter they sent you.

    Also when doing a list of charges it is best to put what the charge was for e.g returned cheque charge.
