Concrete / flinklock guttering

We are looking at buying a house which has concrete guttering. The vendor has said she know the gutters aren't great and that she has had some damp from a leak from one.

Does anyone know how much replacing these would cost roughly? It's end of terrace and just over 2 x 18 foot lengths, one front and one back. We are in Cornwall, it pf that makes a difference.

Thanks :)

  • Very expensive to change as the size and weight means major surgey.

Better to have lined with fibreglass (same as they use on flat roofs)

tenth of the price, though still need scaffolding.
