Congestion Charge Help!! :(

Hi,
I recently drove into the Congestion Charge zone and drove into the zone around the time it finishes (6pm).
I have now received a PCN from TFL stating I drove into the zone and didn't pay. The PCN states I drove into the zone at 17:57!!! only 3 minutes before it ends.
Can I challenge this? What rights do I have?
Can someone help?
