I ordered an item from isme that was booked for delivery today. Tracked parcel on Sun/Mon and this morning and was still showing delivery today, in fact it had updated to show that it had arrived into Northern Ireland hub and was loaded onto the van at 5am this morning for delivery.
Went online about 20min ago to see if I could get a yodel tracking number and the order status has now changed to awaiting stock.
After a brief (and useless) phonecall to isme i've now been informed that my order is out of stock with no delivery date.
No apologies, just "you'll have to wait on delivery", i asked how long - weeks or months, she replied " i don't know, you'll just have to wait" then was met with about 30sec of silence.
Absolutely raging as I took the day off work to make sure someone would be here. Shower off useless b******s

I had issues with them today.
I placed an order with them because I had not ordered with them for about 18 months. They sent me a 'spend £50.00 and get £25.00 off your next order' voucher.
At the checkout it advised me that if I spend another however much to get to £100 I qualify for buy now pay later (6 months time). I got the order up to the aforementioned amount. I then sent them a query email via their website as soon as the order was accepted online asking if they could confirm that I have received the BNPL option and the £25.00 off.
I had an email this morning saying no, please call the 0844 number, but I called the landline instead thanks to a certain website.
I got through to someone and told them, after confirming DPA that I wanted to cancel the order and explained why. She said she was going to put me through to the credit underwriting team and within 2 minutes she came back to me saying that the BNPL code has been accepted! I asked her to cancel the order.
I have never missed payments or owe thousands and only want to pay pittance a month. I have had the account for about 6 years. I think the only reason the BNPL later code was declined was because I had not placed an order in several months. My limit is £3000 and I have no outstanding balance at the moment.
Previously, when I have used BNPL I always pay monthly in advance before the items and interest appear on the statement.
I won't be using them again if this is the sort of debacle I am going to have to endure!0
