Well i've woken up this morning feeling really low. I can't even face looking at the forms today, its just too much to deal with and its making me really weepy, which I thought I was over. Its the final push but I think i've run out of physical and emotional energy.

I think i'm going to ignore it for now and maybe try again next week. I can't afford the fees now anyway so there's no rush.

Sorry to hear you are finding this part of the process very difficult, I can assure you it gets easier :)

Perhaps take a different approach to dealing with the forms, try just doing 1 page per day and when that page is done go off and do something you enjoy like walking, watching TV, gardening etc. Don't try todo everything all at once, doing a page a day means you aren't sat looking at the forms for any length of time which may help with how you are feeling :)

    Good luck :)

May I also add not to leave them where you see them the whole time, do a bit each day.....which is good advice, then put them away until next day.
You will get stronger its just baby steps xx

I completely know where you're coming from. It really is an emotional nightmare.

Try and keep it completely separate to your life....even do it in one of the rooms of your house that you don't use to relax. And as said by LuvChocolate, hide it all away when you're finished with it for the while.

Maybe stick a bit of fierce music on when you're doing it.....go all Beyonce on its &ss!
