You can complain, but any refund is likely to be offset against monies you still owe them.0

Hi there, thanks for coming back. I thought the policy would be with cpp though? not the bank in question. Do CPP not send out the cheques?

Well, you can try, but a default on your card(s) will have automatically ended your CPP policy and so they will be aware of it.
