Hello good morning sorry to bother you all but I believe I have made a mistake. My partner at work got a parking ticket by Total Parking Solutions and I after (looking at wrong advice) told him to keep ignoring the letters

I have now done a bit more research since he gave me the final demand letter this morning.

It reads as CHARGE NOTICE
Final Reminder- Legal action pending.

Now I have tried looking through the forum and there does not seem to be any clear cut answer to this. Please would anyone be able to help.

If it helps we have ignored all correspondence so far

If this happened in Scotland then yes, ignore everything. For England or Wales you would need to submit a POPLA appeal - you can't now just ignore it. Check out the stickies in the "Parking" sub-forum here which will give you all the details. It's also worth checking the Pepipoo website, loads of help available there.
