How to transfer from CC

Last year I had a "incident" which my old man gladly helped me out and gave me a loan of 7000, his idea is oldschool as in "i'll never charge you interest, the banks will" sound advice, however recently things have changed for him and i'd really like to give him the 6000 left outstanding back ASAP, Obviously I am not wanting to get a loan which pays interest, and I would rather split it between a few 0% CC's and just shuffle around the cash if the 0%'s expired. The Question is, how would I manage to get the balance from the CC to his account? I see no feature for this on my online banking, and the only thing I can think of is withdraw it at a ATM and give it to him that way (after several trips to the ATM) but am I right in saying I would start paying interest this way?.
