If the term of her employment was over 12 weeks (even by 1 day) then the Agency Worker Regulations (2011) come into play.

Under Swedish derogation even if an agency terminates an assignment for no bad reasoning (gross misconduct etc) then I believe the agency must continue to pay the worker up to 4 weeks after the end of assignment. Which never happened.0
