Halifax ppi reclaims

Halifax have written to me to say they may have mis-sold me ppi and want me to fill in an 8 page document giving detailed information going back to when the ppi was taken out. Do I need to fill these in as there are some questions I cannot answer relating to contractual conditions etc I had at the time of taking the PPI out?

If you don't remember then put that you don't.0

You've received an invitation to complain if you have reason to and, obviously, it's a far more robust complaint if you have all the information to fill in the form completely. However, writing "don't know" or "can't remember" will not automatically preclude you from being successful.Do I need to fill these in as there are some questions I cannot answer relating to contractual conditions etc I had at the time of taking the PPI out?0
