Selfridges - bought a used handbag!

I bought a Guess handbag in Selfridges (trafford centre) yesterday. It was marked down as the catch was broken. I liked it, needed a new bag so I was quite pleased with my purchase.
This morning when I came to use it there was rubbish in the bottom of it and I was really quite surprised. I`ve spoken to Selfridges and they say they do sell alot of returned faulty items and I should have been told it had been used. They will refund my money, but as I live a distance away I`ll probably just keep it - too much hassle to return.

Yucky!
I had to return something to Selfridges before, and also live a long way from a store. When I advised them of this, they offered to pay my postage, and also sent me £15 vouchers for my trouble! xGone ... or have I?0
