Hi,
Have read the recent post about a Barclaycard AP removal and the ICO guidelines and trying to establish if the reported AP I had with RBS for a loan paid off in 2011 has to stay until 2017 or I can challenge the fact I would have been better off with a default back in 2008 when I went into a DMP rather than 3 years of AP statuses which they also occasionally entered late payment statuses even though I was on an AP and never missed a payment?
