Check the The Parking Tickets Board Sticky thread, and the PPC Letter Chain thread therein.

Yup - also look at the pre-POFA letter chain thread for a fair idea of the rubbish coming your way.

Yep, check out the 'old' letter chains link - it's the pre-Oct 2012 link in the 'PPC letter chains' sticky thread, collated by Crabman in his sticky thread (second from top).

I understand that debt collector letters, when shredded, make for good hamster/gerbil bedding. An entirely appropriate end to their toilet paper - especially in Scotland.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I agree that the letters make excellent hamster bedding when shredded :-)

From experience, it's about 5 letters or thereabouts you'll get, usually the final one coming from Graham White Solicitors demanding the sacrifice of your first-born child. It's important to remember NOT to reply to any of them, or make any contact with the highwaymen whatsoever - if you do, they'll think they've got a bite and you'll get many more empty threats.

Graham White are history, sorry to disappoint :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
