Should I take the money and run?

I started the whole process of claiming my bank chrages back about 2 months ago. In total I was trying to re claim £860, and with interest added in, around £1026. After sending the bank the list of charges they owed, they have quickly offered me £655. Unsure whether to take the money gratefully, or risk it and proceed on threatening to take them to court, where I may lose out!! What do you think. Please help, im in a dilema! Thanks, Bristol Girl.
