in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
I got a car on HP around 1997 from Welcome Finance. Is it too long ago to claim PPI. I have no paperwork at all now as I cleared out all my old bills etc 4 years ago. Can anyone advise me please.

    You do not "claim PPI", you make a considered and robust complaint that it was mis-sold to you.

    It sounds as if you have no complaint, no evidence and little chance of a refund 17 years on.
