If you get periodic awards, ie 1yr, 2yr 3yr etc. then you have to re-apply each time the award is coming to an end.

Tendonitis is a common complaint & I would think very carefully before trying for high rate mobility unless an experienced welfare rights advisor thinks you have an excellent chance of success. You have to remember that when asking for your claim to be looked at again in the hope of getting a higher rate, be it care or mobility, both awards will be looked at again & you could end up getting a lower care award & even losing both elements altogether.

Take proper advice before thinking of going ahead with trying to get higher mobility & risking ending up losing out.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
