PCN in Resident Parking Bay

Hi,

I have a question in relation to the positioning of a parking sign.

Where the length of the parking bay is LESS than 30m, does the regulation require the signage (Resident Permit Holders only) to be placed in the middle of the parking bay, as opposed to the beginning or end (where the council has only used one sign for the bay)?

If I’m reading the Traffic Signs and Manual chapter 3, section 7.50 correctly, the signage should be placed in the middle of the bay if it is less than 30mn in length?
