We have just had a quote for a timber orangery 3.8x4. one side wall being bricked and then dwarf wall to other two sides, timber and glazed. Rendered outside and plastered in, cut through from kitchen and to include electrics. Quote has come back at just under £33000. We do plan on getting more quotes but how does this one sound?
