Hi
Can someone offer any advice. I have received a "Charge Notice" from TPS. It is marked as "reminder" and requests £90
The issues are as follows
The offence is not me as I have never even heard of the place where the alleged offence took place. I suspect it isn't in my region. I was in work all day and my car was in the works car park
Secondly, I have never received an initial letter and now a reminder is issued?? What is that all about?
Should I ignore or make representations? Any advice would be appreciated

Hi, i got a reminder from TPS last week for £90, for a car park i had never been to, and at a time i would never have been parked. I sent a forceful email to them demanding full details with photos to prove it was my car. I followed it up every 2 hours until they cancelled the invoice.0

Sounds like someone may have entered a wrong registration (deliberately or otherwise) at a car park, ignored any windscreen ticket that may have been affixed, and now you have received a Notice to Keeper.
Either send them the template first appeal from the NEWBIES thread, OR send a simple appeal along the lines of ...
Dear [PPC Name],
Ref. PCN XXXXX against vehicle with the mark XXNNXXX.
I am registered keeper of the vehicle noted above. This vehicle has never been to XYZ car park. At the date/time of the incident in question the vehicle was at ABC location and I can prove this.
Please cancel this PCN immediately as you have no evidence to support your claim - you are pursuing the wrong party. If you have evidence I require that you provide it should you decide to continue with this false claim.
Your failure to cancel this PCN may lead to a claim in court for harassment.
Yours faithfully,
[Keeper's Name PRINTED, not signed]0
