Having issues with Amazon at the moment. Customer services are useless and I'm out of pocket. Anyone know of an email address or number I can call other than customer services as I'm getting nowhere with them.
Thanks
Thanks

The only way appears to be sending a 'contact us' form, after logging in, or by phoning customer service.
LinYou can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0 -
Live chat?
Perhaps if you told us the problem we could help?0 -
Thanks. Tried the number and email but no further on.
I placed an order with them for a book I need for uni. I could have bought it elsewhere but as they said they could deliver the next day I thought it would save me the journey to the shops to buy it.
Since placing the order I've had countless emails to say they will deliver on a certain day, but nothing arrives. I then get a further email to say the driver cannot find my address which I find hard to accept as the houses have been there for 90 years and its a large town. No other courier has had problems finding it and its on all sat nav systems.
They finally promised to refund me the money and cancel the order, but after being old I would receive the refund in 2-3 days I'm now told it will be 2-3 days before they process it and then a further 10 working days before I receive the money back.
Im still waiting for the money.
In the meantime I don't have the book I need, and don't have the money to buy it elsewhere.
If I'd ordered on standard delivery it would have been no problem as Royal Mail deliver those, but on next day delivery its a courier firm who from the numerous posts elsewhere don't appear to be up to the job.0 -
Under Distance Selling Regulations, they should refund as soon as possible but in any case within thirty days from the date of order cancellation.
So, apart from being a bit slack, they haven't technically done anything wrong until those 30 days have passed.0 -

Only if you adopt the rather bizarre attitude that no one who does not break the law does anything wrong.
Of course they've done something wrong. It just doesn't happen to be contravening any extant legislation. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
Amazon Logistics the carrier by any chance?0

The 10 days is the maximum refund processing time, and down to the "system". In reality it will probably be quicker, but if they promised the funds tomorrow and didn't deliver you'd be double upset..0
