Hi.....I posted a dress a couple of weeks ago but buyers has not receivedit....I sent it to the address stated but I then realised the newbie buyer has not put the house number on....
It still not has come back to me.....where do i stand Paypal wise as it wasn't sent tracked....I suspect i will be one the one to lose out!!!
But also will Royal mail accept a claim where the buyer was at fault for not putting the number on?
cheers

No - it's not their problem after all.
Report the buyer for a false contact address using this link:
http://contact.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUs&wftype=2005&rcode=IV%25P10054&subject=False%20or%20missing%20contact%20information&bcrumb=%20Home%20%3E%20Help%20%3EMembership%20%26%20account%3ERules%20%26%20policies%3EFalse%20or%20missing%20contact%20information&instruction=&expirationDate=
If the buyer has opened a case, phone ebay and tell them the buyer has supplied an incorrect address. They may close the case.0 -

Update....i rang and was advised i had 2 options, wait for case to close without doing anything or escalate it to a claim myself, I did the latter...and they have decided in my favour.
Hopefully it will still turn up so I can resend as I think I was her first purchase.Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0
