Paying employers National Insurance!!!!

Until April this year I was a self employed carpenter getting my work through agencies.
Now I am told I have to be employed but I have no rights I do not get holiday pay or paid bank holidays I am charged £18 a week to get my wages done and I pay both employers and employees National Insurance and I am told its legal!!!!

Has any one else had the same problem in any other part of the country?

Have you thought about posting on The Employment, Jobseeking & Training Board?

or perhaps The Cutting Tax Board would be best.

When I did supply teaching with one company I was paying both employee and employers NIC, and a payroll amount and no holiday pay.

I quickly jumped ship to another company! I don't know about legality, I did question it once and they said they paid the employers (and there was a little extra payment that almost covered it over my wages) but I just switched out because my daily rate was lower with them despite the other extra costs.
