Wonga credit check at old address but wasn't me!

I've just been going over my noddle credit report and I've noticed that a credit check was carried out by Wonga on 3rd January 2014 at my old address, but I haven't lived there since around August 2012!!
No loan account has been added, I presume because on my report I am on the electrol roll at my new address, however it's got me very concerned.
Who do I contact? Wonga?, Call Credit? I'm going to check Experian and Equifax as well just incase however I want to make sure that no one has taken out a loan against me, but I would have thought that if someone did, it would show up on you list of credit agreements on my call credit report?
Any help would be appreciated on how to proceed. Thanks guys

Also, on the credit check it says "11, London NW9 ***" with my forename and surname, but then they've carried out an administrative review with the address "11, ******** Close, London NW9 ***" with my forename, middle name and surname. My DOB is correct on both entries!! :-/
FYI, since the search I've obtained a Capital One Progress, and a O2 contract.0
