    Aaah I see now!

    I was working it out as..

    Loan :7551 plus interest
    PPI: 2060 plus interest

    Total of 13020
    Which is 60 x 217 month payment.

    I then did
    13020 - 3889 (amount of payments so far paid = 9131.

    Then I took of the 3010 refund making it 6121 balance.

    To be fair, your calc wasn't far off, like mine.
    Also, don't forget, you only actually paid 2 years of PPI and not the full 5, and this is what the calculation is worked on and not the loan and interest.
    Based on that, a good return!! .

    Yes indeed, and I just managed to get it upheld in full, even after receiving a final response. So have another 500 quid off them, to pay my debt.
