Joint tenants or Tenants in Common

I have been asked to find out if my OH and I own our house as Joint tenants or as Tenants in Common.
My solicitor (not the one who did the conveyance many many years ago) tells me it would appear on the Land Registry entry.
I have downloaded a copy of the Land Registry entry (£3 from their website) and although it has a lot of details about boundaries and covenants ets going back prior to our ownership and details of our mortgage, I cannot find anything that clarifies the tenants in common or joint tenants issue. It just list us as "Registered owner(s)"
Can anyone point me in the direction of some formal wording or even to another type of document that I need to look at, please?
(Land Registry website offered me the following options:
title registers showing ownership details (£3) View example (PDF 54KB)
title plans showing property extent (£3) View example (PDF 224KB)
flood risk indicator results
It was the first document that I have bought)
Thanks

it works as a null statement - you can assume Joint tenants unless the registration details say otherwise because if it was TIC then the registration would explicitly say the respective shares, for JT there is no need to do so as its 50/50 by definition0

If it is Tenants in Common then it should have something like this on the Title Register..RESTRICTION: No disposition by a sole proprietor of the
registered estate (except a trust corporation) under which capital
money arises is to be registered unless authorised by an order of the
court.
This is what is on mine on a property I own half of with my sister owning other half.0 -
People often think that a joint ownership restriction in their title register means that they are tenants in common. But that is not always the case as the same restriction can be registered for other reasons as explained in our online guidance
Certainly look for the restriction LeeUK refers to but do bear in mind the online guidance as well. Your solicitor should be able to advise based on the copy register.“Official Company Representative
