NCP PCN on windscreen - appeal straightaway

Hiya,
I've recently received an NCP PCN at Ickenham Tube Station car park, I've been through the newbie thread and you recommend to appeal straightaway, I've been to to appeal website via NCP and it's asking for my details, which I "must" include my name and address which you advice doing.
I'm presuming I write a letter asap without Id'ing myself and according to the newbie information I may not get a NTK.
Thanks for your help and advice in advance as I know the experienced posters see posts like this everyday.

You may have misread. You only appeal straight away if it is a lease/hire car otherwise you await the NtK.
Check again and come back if still not clear.0 -
Nope not misread - I DO advise people to send the template appeal to NCP straight away because of experiences of other posters where NCP downright refused to consider a keeper's appeal and the BPA agreed. Long story - best avoided. NCP are lumped in with the 'small fry' to appeal early because of this faffing about they do.
So the OP should appeal using the template in the NEWBIES thread, as the registered keeper. NOT saying who was driving. If the website demands to know who was driving then leave that blank or send the appeal by post instead, just a printed out version of the template with details added to the top, a squiggled (not the usual) signature at the bottom AND giving the keepers' name and address (of course!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
