Hi we took out a hire purchase back in 2005 we had payed it of in 2008 we really did not know that there was a ppi attached to it until we looked at the agreement i was just wondering how would we know if it was front loaded, we have just had the bank of scotland admitting it has been miss sold, (this is with the ombudsman now)
i don't have the agreement on me but remember seeing the actuall amount we borrowed, then underneath was the ppi added together was our monthly payment
Many thanks for any help
