How to enter

• This is a promotion which is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
• To enter participants must text the word ENERGY to 66777 or go to www.bankssbeer.co.uk/energy and enter using the word ENERGY.
• Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate. Only one entry per person.
• No purchase necessary. Dates and Decisions: The closing date for entries into the prize draw is 31st December 2014.
• 1 x cash winner and 400 x T-shirt winners will be selected by an independent person at random from all entries received on 5th January 2015.
• The winners will be notified by telephone within 14 days of the prize draw date.

The Promoter

• The Promoter is Marston’s PLC (trading as Marston’s Beer Company) with its registered office at Marston’s House, Brewery Road, Wolverhampton WV1 4JT.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel the promotion without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
