My husband and I took out a joint loan with a company called Southern Pacific Personal Loans, this was through Norton Finance.
PPI was added to our loan and I believe was mis-sold to us. I know both companies have now gone in to liquidation, and I understand that as my loan was before 2005 I may be unable to claim, can anyone clarify things for me? I have tried looking on these forums but most peoples loans seem to have been taken out after 2005, so it doesn't apply to me.
