    Afternoon all,

Pleasant, bright day here, OH cooked fryup around 11.30 so we are unlikely to cook again, just have some cheese later.... I love cheese with crackers and chutney or pickle of some kind, I need the calcium.

Had a visit from number 2 nephew, his fiance and 6 month old baby....baby is growing like a weed, crawling all over the place, lovely little fellow, hadnt seen him for ages, so was nice visit.

Probably not going to do much this afternoon, little bit of knitting to finish blue baby jacket for the stock I keep to deal with unexpected baby arrivals. Not mine, you understand!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend

  • Thank you for the birthday wishes! xxx

I have had a very un-money saving weekend in London. Had a fantastic time. My MiL drove up to look after the children. Youngest did very well (he's autistic).

Last nights meal cos us approx 2 weeks grocery bill  The food was utterly delicious though. It was at Novikov (Italian) if anyone wants to look it up.

Judi, don't get too involved with your sons ex my lovely lady xxx

Right, catching up with this weeks masterchef.

Oh and I'm ordering pizza for tea tonight.

    *deletes self from mse* ;)

    Afternoon all.

Husband went out to the tip this morning with a boot load of rubble and bricks from taking down retaining wall yesterday. He couldn't take as much as he wanted to because it was just too wet and muddy to do anything else in our garden.

We ordered our new wardrobe and bookcase today.
Dearest husband had the great idea to rip out all of the fitted wardrobes in our house a few weeks ago, without thinking of where we were going to keep my clothes in the meantime .
So all my things are being kept in suitcases at the minute (I'm not sure if he's trying to give me a hint?!).
Anyway, in 4-6 weeks time I should have ample storage for my clothes, I will look a little less crumpled. :rotfl:

Then we went to the beautiful city of Wells for a bit of lunch and had a look at the ducks at the Bishops Palace.

I don't have much planned for the rest of the day, just relaxing!

    Evening all :)

Late today, been busy old day.
Walked Luna, baked two cakes (with DD), hoovered and dusted all downstairs, lunches made for tomorrow, made HM pizza for dinner and 30 mins exercise. Am cream crackered now.
Still belly is full, will have a soak in the bath and it's Hubby's turn to put kids to bed so I can relax good and proper later :D:D

    Hugs and spoons all round.

Looks like you've had a great day Mrs MH

Just popped back to wish MrsMortononthemarket Happy Birthday:beer:
I've had my bath and going to catch up with the allotment programme.
House is tidy and Will catch up with any left over washing in the morning when it's nice and quiet.
Still feeling a bit hung over from last nights meal. Why is it it takes me two days to recover from a couple of glasses of wine, I don't think I will bother again, it's not worth it.
Have a good evening all x
