Tesco Direct brilliant Hudl service

I bought 2 Hudl tablets for Christmas , one of them would not recharge because of damage to the charging socket when you inserted the charger, i rang the helpline (very nice man) that the local store gave me, they arranged a courier to collect the damaged Hudl from my home,and also to bring in the brand new replacement, all within a couple of days ! No forms to complete, no hassle, just a brand new no quibble replacement, one very happy daughter and Mum. Well done Tesco direct :T

I bought Dp a hudl for Christmas and within a few days it started becoming unresponsive. I took it back and they swapped it straight away for a new one. Couldn't fault it at all.0
