Punchbag in Garage

Hi all
I want to put a punchbag up in the garage, it weighs 24kg, judging the pics of the beams below, does anyone have any idea if the beams will hold the weight of the bag, plus the force of how hard they will be getting hit?

Hello
thanks, didn't think they would. I don't go to a boxing club, doing it as a fitness thing (setting up a gym in garage) and always wanted to get into boing0 -

You definitely should get into boxing.........
For fitness and confidence there is nothing better.
I boxed for a few years and I felt as though I could walk through walls I was so fit.
When you get your bag don't buy boxing gloves, you want bag mits....and always wrap your hands and wrist up.
You should try a boxing club, it's surprisingly inclusive. There are no egos there, just honest, tough training.
This is what you'll need for the bag

Thanks mate, appreciate that.
Plenty of wall to put a bracket up on, just worried my amateurish DIY work would cause it to come down haha and take bricks with it0 -

TBH the bag wouldn't stand a chance face-to-face with me.
I had one of these Kung Fu bags against a 6" outside double brick wall and the wall used to shake when I hit it.
You'll damage your garage IMHO.SECRET OF SUCCESS IN LIFE:
