    Sorry to be a pain but I'm just looking to add the Tassimo costa to a C and C and just wanted to make sure it's still 3 for £10 in store.

    Is it?

    Is this Envive on 3 for 2 at the competitor? I've now already gone to check and, yes it is and it's part of an offer where prices vary (cheapest is a T Eday Value item at 22p) - unfortunately it's correctly N/A as "part of a promotion that makes it difficult for [msm] to compare" under the T&Cs. I've no idea myself how this was expected to be comparable; has anyone ever seen any Always products in 3s on my Avs T lists? Although, to be fair, I haven't posted any Avs T list on here recently. The answer though is no, if applicable I move these onto Svs T as 3 for 2s do not compare on APG if individual prices of any items in the whole offer at the rival differ in any way. Sorry you're annoyed with it and that N/A is annoying!:mad:

    Be consoled - you 'lost' to an Envive that didn't give you £2 plus the 10% of 40p, but gained on the cereal/salad cream combo., whereas I (likely) lost over £5 to my failed shop yesterday - due to my SA folks (grrr!!:mad::mad:) not due to me:(:p. Ruddy useless SAs!!:(:(

    Anyway...:rotfl::rotfl:
    Thanks for detailed explanation :)
    Im still taking them back or is this crossing the line :o

    I had a look for the dettol wipes this morning... Boo for my store as they were all £3 :( so no C&c for me tomo:rotfl:
    If I return this afternoon I'll price up the surf capsules xx

    I don't know where people see these 'reduced price' things. My stores never ever have any - not even the 50p bin liners or the reduced S/P Toilet Tissues months back. No - full price-land round here sadly!

    Take 'em back. Technically it invalidates the entire APG from that shop, but my approach is it's up to a future SA as to whether or not to accept it. That's your 'risk' - the decision is yours, aware of the knowledge. I have no real difficulty getting APGs redeemed but I do get a bit more hairy when receipts have a crossed-out item on them.

    [Edit: I don't know the right way to do this:o - perhaps redeem the APG first then return the items, well, if they were N/A they didn't affect the comparison did they?:p Maybe CS person will let you "just this once":D. Or maybe the correct way is to get the items returned and refunded first, as the SA who subsequently may take an APG is less likely to be knowledgeable than a CS desk that sees an APG having been used - that's if the SA you had marked the receipt when the APG from it was redeemed in the first place:D. Others views on this, as I tend to do theory rather than practice:o:o.]
