I'm not condoning the actions of this lady. However I don't think anybody on this thread is destitute and we hear lately that quite a few mortgages are being paid off/ coming to an end. We have all been loading our bank accounts to get 4-5% interest. It may often be that the original trigger is money, beyond that it becomes many other reasons.

Everybody here plays the system, who's system and to what level may differ, but that's what bought us here (in some cases).

The line moves, it happens, it's just a case of keeping track of that line.

"I don't think anybody on this thread is destitute" - Think again!

"We have all been loading our bank accounts to get 4-5% interest." - Think again!

"Everybody here plays the system..." - Think again!

Please don't generalise and classify everyone as being the same or doing the same as everyone else.

I can completely empathise with the left hand typing! Thats how Nannylala learnt to use MSE, It was after my op and I was getting frustrated with left hand typing so she was posting for me :) You need a Nannylala ;)

This appears to have been way beyond the line - buying items off eBay and elsewhere and returning to different stores at full price, buying fake MOCs off eBay ... jail term 2 and a half years:

And she was a policewoman too (hopefully not one of the Elite or on MSE!).

Worth a read for anyone tempted to go beyond the line ... (or anyone wanting to be reminded where some of the lines exist).

Had a rye smile when I read the article and saw that she'd holidayed at ;-

The deceit was in order to claim a discount given to people connected with the travel industry from specialist holiday firm Caribbean Unpackaged for the £10,000 trip to Buccament Bay on St Vincent.

I had a fantastic holiday there about 18 months ago....There are cheaper ways to do it ;)

She took the complete and utter ****, obviously believing she was above the law. How contemptuous can you get. I hope she enjoys her stay at HMs pleasure :D
