Hi Everyone

Well just got my best bargain yet! I ordered 3 rugs to be delivered from a well known catalogue company. Didn't really like any of them but apparently can't return to store, have to arrange collection.

Now, two came from one supplier and one from another. It took them ages to arrange the collection and when they phoned me they were unsure which rugs I was to give to the courier. Eventually decided I was to give him the two, which is what I did.

After waiting another week, I phoned them to find out when the other rug was going to be collected. They said I had already had a refund for that one but they would arrange a collection for the other two. I told them I had already returned those two as per their instructions. After a lot of checking with managers, I was told that the two had been returned to the wrong supplier! :eek: I was then told I could keep/dispose of the remaining rug and they would refund me for all three.

So, DD's now have a black rug for their bedroom. It's not quite what we wanted, but hey-ho its a £30 rug for free :j:j

Exactly :T since she started visiting her country residence she has forgotten about the rest of us
