    Have you put it on the house buying/selling/renting board? You can post a thread with links to the online details if you want, and there are some old hands on that board who will tell you what they think you can do to help it sell. Sometimes it's just a case of waiting a bit longer, sometimes new photos are needed, or the online details are sparse or miss out key information, and sometimes the price is unrealistic. It definitely helps to get an independent perspective on it though, as it can be hard to see the wood for the trees when you're selling somewhere you know well.
