first of all...how competatively priced is it already and how quickly do you need to move....
What does the EA suggest you drop it to and in doing that will it still allow you to move forward...
Is it in an area where other houses are selling
Whats your gut feeling...are you a little on the high side of pricing or by dropping a little will it allow other potential buyers to view
If you dont want to drop the price straight away is there a figure that you could suggest to the EA that you would accept if it were offered...therefore allowing offers but not automatically dropping the price...
This is how we recently offered on a property by asking the EA if it was an asking price offer the vendor wanted or was there a point that they would consider an offer....in honesty a lot depends on how houses are selling in your areas...the bubble thats talked about doesnt always include all properties
Im not expecting you to answer the q's here...but just something to think over in your own timefrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Morning all!
Dear me, how many posts have been deleted over the last few hours! Red Fox must have had her work cut out last night!
NSD for me hopefully, saving it for our weekend trip to the Grand Designs show :T:T
I nearly managed an NSD yesterday but my windscreen wiper broke. I thought it was going to be quite expensive, but I managed to get one for £2 from Wilkos and fit it myself
Happy glitching/NSDing everyone!0 -

Is it in an area where other houses are selling
We have over a 1000 new homes being built in our area at the moment but feel it is competitively priced
Whats your gut feeling...are you a little on the high side of pricing or by dropping a little will it allow other potential buyers to view
