I can't help but admire that level of organisation Karlie :)

For anyone looking for cheap (but special) birthday cards etc, Paperchase have a sale on at the minute with some of those Rob Ryan laser cut cards for £1. You know the pretty cut out ones with birds and flowers? It's the last day of the sale today so I'm hoping to grab a couple.

I saw this card reduced to a quid the other day

I have a question for all the gardeners out there.

We have brick patio in our garden and at this time of year the weeds start to grow in between the bricks.

They're so stubborn and keep growing back.

I've tried a few weedkiller treatments, salt, bleach, vinegar and even a cocktail of all 4!

    :rotfl:

I power hosed the weeds away yesterday and it's all clear now.

But I know that in 2 weeks they'll be back again.

    :(

So my question is...which weedkiller would be best to prevent them growing in between the gaps of my brick patio?

Use the salt again, why not brush it into the gaps like you would sand?

    Good morning all:D
Sunny and 28 degrees C already and it's only 6.30ish. It'll be busy on the beaches today and tomorrow, so staying at home and just 'liming' as they say here. Our trek across the island to Half Moon bay (remember that one zippy?) will be on Tuesday when everyone has gone back to work and we have the beach virtually to ourselves, absolute bliss:D
I hope you all have a lovely day.
