    Morning, slight heavy head!

But a poem to help one reflect

Slow down mummy, there is no need to rush,
slow down mummy, what is all the fuss?
Slow down mummy, make yourself a cup tea.
Slow down mummy, come and spend some time with me.

Slow down mummy, let's put our boots on and go out for a walk,
let's kick at piles of leaves, and smile and laugh and talk.
Slow down mummy, you look ever so tired,
come sit and snuggle under the duvet and rest with me a while.

Slow down mummy, those dirty dishes can wait,
slow down mummy, let's have some fun, let's bake a cake!
Slow down mummy I know you work a lot,
but sometimes mummy, its nice when you just stop.

    Sit with us a minute,
    & listen to our day,
    spend a cherished moment,
because our childhood is not here to stay! x

    How's you?

Busy day doing stuff for work. Found out my car's engine still works! Drove over a lump in the road last wek, damaged my sump and later on started the engine and drove the car with probably no oil in it. It was that well-known make of car that would probabaly flash a warning light if the ashtray was full. Got it towed to my usual garage and they replaced the sump, charged me a price that looked scary till I realised that I didn't have to replace the engine so I've got off lightly. :o

    Anyhoo

Even so I would be irritated by it! But at least it's safe to drive now so yay for you :j In answer to your question pretty much tired (no pun intended). Was filming in Greenwich yesterday and I now I have two days off before some London runs on Tuesday then I'll be back to bugging you lot whilst I search for work again :D

Morning all, completely forgot to say Happy Birthmas to Elaine and Cheer1eader t'other day, so I hope you both had lovely days _party_ I'm off for a catch up :)
